You Don't Need $Millions to Invest
in Tucson Real Estate
Your investment can be fairly small. You can pool money with
friends or relatives and create an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation).
If done properly, you can use your
IRA, 401k, or other qualified retirement plan to invest
in real estate.
By investing together, you can save
money and perhaps realize a greater return:
- Larger plots of land are available at a lower
cost per square foot
- Larger developments save money in development
costs through economies of scale
